BROCCOLI AS PART OF A CLEAN EATING PLAN

Question: can what you eat affect your libido?
Answer: yes. a balanced eating plan can possibly affect it while a poor one can have an opposite effect.
What’s considered a good healthy, eating plan? We all know the answer to that.
A balanced eating plan is one that is rich in lean protein (meat, eggs, cheese), vegetables (don’t fry them) and healthy fats (avocadoes, seeds, extra virgin olive oil, seafood) Please eat seafood in moderation as too much of it can lead to elevated uric acid levels in the body, which lead to gout-like symptoms.  However, eating a healthy, clean diet can be expensive and time consuming as this eating plan can take time to prepare and shop for. Consequently, we settle for the convenient, the easy, the junk food, the nutrient deficient, the high sugar, the saturated fat-loaded foods. These, in turn, lead to poor blood flow and poor blood flow leads to weak erections, not reached orgasms, frustration and not satisfying sex lives. Just ask any vascular  surgeon.
Viagra, aka, sildenafil. Cialis, aka tadalafil are prescriptive methods available for men to help boost blood flow and libido. However, if your diet is continually replete with fast food, alcohol, cigarettes and empty white carbs, these medications will struggle to work effectively. Like junk food, this class of medications come with aftereffects to include nasal congestion, hearing loss, dizziness, headaches and visual changes. While some of you may have neurological, cardiovascular issues and take certain medications that affect your libido, the majority of us do not. We just need to eat and work out better.
Practically, what can you do daily and naturally to promote blood flow and enhance your libido?
I-eat foods rich in zinc, a nutrient found throughout the body that helps support our immune systems, keeping our metabolisms working effectively. Oysters, crab, lobster are excellent sources of this nutrient. These help regulate testosterone levels and improve blood flow. By the way, unless you have a zinc deficiency which can be detected via blood tests, DO NOT take zinc tablets. Eat your zinc.
II-healthy fats such as wild-caught fish, avocadoes and walnuts support hormone production.
III-watermelon, garlic and beets are known to increase nitric oxide levels, which improve blood flow. The Mediterranean diet is a way to incorporate the food suggestions I alluded to. It is a plant-based eating style that emphasizes minimally processed foods, to include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds with moderate amounts of seafood and low amounts of dairy and red meat.
Therefore, put down the twinkies and pick up a bowl of broccoli and ENJOY DATE NIGHT!
