THERE IS BEAUTY IN THE MIRROR

THERE IS BEAUTY IN THE MIRROR

Every day you wake up and often, depending on your mood, your feelings, you’re either jumping out of bed ready for the day or you want to slump underneath the covers and  stay in the bed.

When you do decide to move from that bed to the bathroom, you carry your thoughts with you. Thoughts from your childhood when your father called you ugly, your mother called you fat, your schoolmates ignored you because you weren’t light enough and slim enough to fit into their club. These thoughts carry your day, carry your behavior, carry your point of view. They are your filter through which you see the world.

      Let us change that!

To move out of that negative pathway, you MUST begin to speak affirmatively, positively to your subconscious mind-your walking self:

IN THE MORNING SLOWLY

  LOOK UP FROM THE BATHROOM

SINK TO THE MIRROR

AND SAY OUT LOUD,

‘NOT ONLY AM I READY FOR THE DAY,

I AM BEAUTIFUL AND READY FOR THE DAY’
