INGREDIENTS:
TWO BOXES OF ELBOW MACARONI YOUR CHOICE)
1 CUP HEAVY CREAM
1 CUP WHOLE MILK
1 BAR PEPPERJACK CHEESE
1 BAR SWISS CHEESE
1 BAR SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 TSP PINK SEASALT
1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TSP SAGE
1 TSP DRY MUSTARD POWDER
BAC'N PIECES BY MCCORMICK. APPLEWOOD SMOKED FLAVOR
1 ALUMINUM PAN (I CHOSE THE SIZE FOR A LARGE LASAGNA DINNER)
PREPARATION:
CUT BARS OF CHEESE INTO CUBES. (DO NOT USE PRE SHREDDED CHEESE. IT CONTAINS PRESERVATIVES THAT WILL AFFECT FLAVOR AND TEXTURE)
SET ASIDE
ADD TWO CUPS OF WATER FOR BOIL FOR THE MACARONI. I SEASONSED THE WATER WITH SEASALT,PEPPER AND SAGE. DO NOT POT ALONE
MACARONI PUFFS REALLY QUICKLY DISSOLVING THE WATER.
IN ANOTHER POT ADD THE MILK AND HEAVY CREAM TO A MODERATE TO LOW HEAT. STIR SLOWLY TO THICKEN. ALSO DO NOT LEAVE
POT ALONE. ONCE IT THICKENS TO YOUR SATISFACTION, ADD THE CHEESE CUBES. I STIRRED IT UNTIL SOME OF THE CHEESE SAUCE
HUGGED THE WOODEN SPOON.
DRAIN MACARONI BEFORE ADDING TO PAN.
ADD A LAYER OF MACARONI TO THE ALUMINUM PAN. SPREAD EVENLY. SHAKE A LITTLE OF THE BAC'N BITS. THEN ADD THE FIRST
HALF OF THE CHEESE SAUCE TO THE MACARONI. SPREAD EVENLY AGAIN WITH A SHAKE OF BAC'N BITS. ADD THE REMAINING
MACARONI THEN THE CHEESE SAUCE. SPREADING BOTH EVENLY ATOPPED WITH ANOTHER SHAKE OF THE BAC'N BITS.
PLACE PAN IN A PRE HEATED 420-435 F DEGREED OVEN UNTIL TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN. 
LET COOL.
